Aidan O'Connell will miss another practice Friday

Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell didn't practice on Thursday and there won't be a change in his status on Friday.

Head coach Antonio Pierce said at his press conference that O'Connell will miss another practice. O'Connell suffered a bone bruise to his knee in last Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers and he was able to participate in a Wednesday walkthrough.

The two straight missed practices don't bode well for his availability against the Falcons on Monday night, but Pierce didn't rule him out at this point. The team will issue injury designations on Friday.

Desmond Ridder would be in line to start when and if O'Connell is ruled out. Carter Bradley is also on the 53-man roster.
