Brian Daboll: Tim Boyle made the most of his opportunity, no call on Week 16 QB yet

The Giants don't know who they are going to start at quarterback against the Falcons in Week 16.
With Drew Lock sidelined by heel and left elbow injuries, Tommy DeVito started against the Ravens on Sunday but was knocked out of the game before halftime with a head injury. Tim Boyle made his first appearance as a Giant after DeVito left the game and went 12-of-24 for 123 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in the 35-14 loss.
On Monday, Giants head coach Brian Daboll said he was pleased with how Boyle played.
"He made some nice throws, he was decisive with the football," Daboll said, via SNY. "He was ready to go, he was prepared, he’s worked extremely hard since he’s been here and he made the most of his opportunity."
Daboll said the status of the other two quarterbacks will factor into whether Boyle gets the start, so Wednesday's practice should provide some hints about the direction the Giants are going in Week 16.
