Commanders re-sign LB Nick Bellore

Veteran special teams ace Nick Bellore is set for a second season with the Commanders.

The team announced that they have re-signed Bellore on Tuesday. Terms of the deal were not included in the announcement.

Bellore signed with the team in 2024 and played in 16 regular season games as well as all three of Washington's playoff contests. He had 24 tackles in those appearances.

Prior to coming to Washington, Bellore appeared in 200 regular season games for the Seahawks, Lions, 49ers, and Jets. He has seen time at fullback and linebacker in addition to his special teams focus.

Bellore has 268 tackles, a sack, an interception, two forced fumbles, and six fumble recoveries for his career. He also has 10 catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns, but his last reception came with the Seahawks in 2021.
