Decision fighters: would they win in a street fight?

What is some expert/knowledgeable people opinion around decision fighters (like Merab or Belal): if they had no time limit, would they still win the fight? There are varying opinions: Is heard Zahabi speak about the fact BJJ is actually more useful with no time limit, and that these kind of fighters, without a time limit, would probably get caught in a choke or some setup.
