Ducks acquire Justin Bailey from Sharks for Pavol Regenda

The Anaheim Ducks acquired forward Justin Bailey from the San Jose Sharks for forward Pavol Regenda on Wednesday.

Bailey will report to the San Diego Gulls, Anaheim’s AHL affiliate.

The 29-year-old has tallied 23 points in 141 career NHL games with the Sharks, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers, and Buffalo Sabres.

He also has 14 points in 33 games in the AHL this season with the San Jose Barracuda.

Regenda has three points in 19 career NHL games with the Ducks. The 25-year-old also scored 16 points in 36 games with San Diego this season. In 140 career AHL games, Regenda has 75 points.
