The World Nineball Tour is thrilled to announce that entries are now open for the next two stops on the 2025 Junior Open calendar – the Florida Junior Open, set to take place from August 8-9 at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, and the return of the SVB Junior Open from August 21-22 alongside the US Open Pool Championship, at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
As part of Matchroom’s ongoing mission to grow Nineball globally and provide opportunities for the next generation, each Junior Open will feature 32 of the best up-and-coming players aged 17 and under, battling it out in a double elimination format for a share of a $10,000 prize fund.
Both Junior events will see its winner take home $2,500, with all juniors receiving a custom jersey from Onboard Sportswear. Entry will cost $100, which will be refunded following participation in the event.
Both Junior Open finals will be showcased live on WNT TV with featured coverage airing during the main TV broadcast through networks around the world.
As with all Matchroom Junior Open events, each junior competitor will receive four complimentary tickets for Day 1 of the junior tournament, granting access to either the Florida Open Pool Championship or the US Open Pool Championship – depending on which Junior Open they’re competing in. This gives young players the chance to not only take part in the event but also gain invaluable experience by watching the world’s best in action. Tickets for Day 2 will be reserved exclusively for those still competing in the junior tournament.
Please note that junior players will not be eligible to compete in the corresponding main event due to scheduling conflicts.
Don’t miss the chance to be part of the future of Nineball – sign up today and join the action on the Junior Open stage!
