Gym workout plan query
I'm 17,been doing mma since 2022. It's my last year of school and I'll be giving my finals so I haven't been to the mma gym for say,6 months. I've been doing solely gym workouts, can anyone recommend some workouts to add some variety? I've been doing Med ball slams Med balls rotation slams Med ball wall throws (in a fighting stance,so jab, cross and hook on both sides) Deadlift Weighted squat( barbell back squat and zercher) Hip thrusts Machine chest press Shoulder press Seated Cable rows Dumbell bicep curls( occasionally) 11.And a 45 minute run on the treadmill in the evening. I do the same thing everyday,is this viable or healthy? Or should I dedicate specific days to say,for example push and pull or some days only upper body and others only lower? submitted by /u/Notevenalex_ [link] [comments]
