How are we feeling about Ilia VS Volk 2?
Volk will have had a 1-year, 2-month layoff. That being said, I think Ilia is going to knock out Volk again, this time in round 1. Ilia is entering his prime, and Volk is 36 and has a lot of injuries and mileage on him. I just don’t see how Volk will be able to do anything different. He doesn’t have nearly as much of the KO power Ilia has. If he tries to wrestle Ilia, it might work, but Ilia is no slouch on the ground. He’s a Greco-Roman wrestler and has decent Jiu-Jitsu.
