How to obtain a pro MMA license in the UK

I searched online but can’t seem to find an official webpage where you go about applying for a pro MMA license. I’m British but planning on fighting all my amateur bouts in morocco due to circumstance as well as training there. Would amateur fights in a foreign country still be accepted?
