Is judo very good for mma?
Ive seen a lot of people say that judo isnt that good and wrestling is much better, but in my experience ive been able to land many hip throws and other big judo throws while sparring or rolling. I use both judo and wrestling and I love both but to me judo just has a certain charm that wrestling lacks. Judo is one of my favorite martial arts because of how cool it is and how fun it is to land some of the techniques in judo but yet I never really see much of it in mma?
