Is this too much training?
So I've broken down what I would like to do next year for MMA training. There is 2 schools in my city. One specializes specifically in MMA, the other is a Judo school. The only thing I feel like I am missing here is some pure boxing; but I had to sacrifice that time for Judo. Would this be overkill for training?
