You would never know it by his stats, but Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts confirmed he played Sunday's game with a fractured left ring finger.
You would never know it by his stats, but Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts confirmed he played Sunday's game with a fractured left ring finger.
"It is broken, and it did impact my play," Hurts said after the 27-13 win over the Steelers.
Hurts wore a splint on his left hand, covered by a glove and completed 25 of 32 passes for 290 yards and two touchdowns. He also ran for 45 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries, though he did lose a fumble on a strip-sack by T.J. Watt.
The Eagles listed Hurts on the injury list all week as a full participant with a left finger injury.
So, while he said it impacted him, it sure didn't look like it did.
