Jameis Winston is no longer the starting quarterback for the Browns and he won't be the first man in the game should something happen to Dorian Thompson-Robinson either.
Winston is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals. Winston was listed as questionable after being limited in a couple of practices with a right shoulder issue, but is able to serve as the emergency third quarterback.
Bailey Zappe will be Thompson-Robinson's backup. Zappe has not appeared in a game for the Browns.
Thompson-Robinson will have tight end David Njoku as a target on Sunday, but wide receiver Cedric Tillman won't be available. Njoku was listed as questionable with a hamstring injury and Tillman is out due to a concussion.
