The Commanders had five turnovers. They won anyway.

Jayden Daniels carried Washington to 22 points in the fourth quarter, including a 9-yard touchdown pass to Jamison Crowder with six seconds left to pull out an improbable 36-33 win after a successful two-point conversion.

The Eagles, who played all but 11 offensive plays without Jalen Hurts, fell to 12-3 and out of a tie for the best record in the NFC. The Commanders improved to 10-5 for their best start since 1991.

Daniels completed 24 of 39 passes for 257 yards with five touchdowns and two interceptions. Brian Robinson lost two fumbles and Dyami Brown one.

Crowder had two catches and two touchdowns with his first score covering 6 yards. Olamide Zaccheaus' touchdowns were 4 and 49 yards in the fourth quarter, and Terry McLaurin had a 32-yard touchdown catch.

Daniels also ran for 81 yards on nine carries.

The Commanders outgained the Eagles 368 to 338, something that looked like it would never happen with Saquon Barkley running crazy in the first half. Barkley finished with 150 yards and two touchdowns on 29 carries, with the scores covering 2 and 68.

The Eagles led 21-7 in the first quarter, 21-14 at halftime and 27-14 in the fourth quarter.

But Hurts' absence hurt. He left in the first quarter with a concussion after Frankie Luvu's hit to the head and neck area slammed the back of Hurts' head into the ground.

Hurts ran for 41 yards on three carries and completed 1 of 4 passes for 11 yards. Kenny Pickett replaced him and went 14-of-24 for 143 yards with a touchdown and an interception.

A.J. Brown caught eight passes for 97 yards and a touchdown.
