Anders Carlson hit a 21-yard field goal as time expired in the second period to give his club the lead off of a 15-play drive.
New York also scored on a 99-yard drive that lasted 14 plays, with Aaron Rodgers hitting Davante Adams for an 11-yard touchdown.
That was the 499th touchdown pass of Rodgers’ career.
While Matthew Stafford tossed an interception, in a backhanded way, it ended up leading to a Rams touchdown. The Jets tried to go for it on fourth-and-1 from their own 33 after the pick and Breece Hall was stuffed for no gain.
It took Los Angeles just three plays to get in the end zone, as Kyren Williams punched in a 2-yard touchdown.
Carlson and Rams kicker Joshua Karty both missed the extra point on the two touchdowns, which kept the score at 6-6.
Stafford is 6-of-10 for 46 yards with a pick. Williams has rushed for 58 yards on 10 carries.
Rodgers is 15-of-20 for 149 yards with a TD. Adams has five catches for 52 yards. Breece Hall has rushed for 40 yards on 11 carries.
The Jets will have a chance to double up, as they’ll receive the second-half kickoff.
