Looking for help with a beginner-intermediate conditioning and boxing routine

Hey, so I'm 19 and I've wanted to get more into boxing and bag work. I wouldn't describe myself as out of shape, I'm 160 and 5'9 so I'm as average as it gets, and I walk about 6 miles every other day at work and go to the gym 2-4 times a week, I just don't do lots of cardio other than bag work I'm trying to get my footwork better because I feel so dang heavy-footed. I train in work boots because they're the best shoes I've got and I find it makes my kicks faster because they're like 16oz gloves for my feet (I kickbox, just focusing on the boxing part right now). submitted by /u/Diligent_Force_8215 [link] [comments]
