Quinn Hughes absent from Canucks practice on Sunday
After leaving mid-way through the third period in Vancouver’s 6-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken on Saturday, Hughes was absent at team practice the next day.

Quinn Hughes is shrouded with injury concern once again.
After leaving mid-way through the third period in Vancouver’s 6-3 loss to the Seattle Kraken on Saturday, Hughes was absent at team practice the next day.
After the game on Saturday, Rick Tocchet told reporters Hughes was sitting out because he “tweaked something,” and they would check his status on Sunday.
Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman reported on Saturday during Hockey Night In Canada that Hughes is believed to be facing an oblique injury.
Saturday marked Hughes’ third game back after missing six with an undisclosed injury.
Hughes has 14 goals and 46 assists in 49 games this season. The Canucks don’t play until Wednesday when they’ll host the Ducks.
