Ravens RB Justice Hill ruled out with concussion

Ravens running back Justice Hill will not return today and could miss the Christmas Day game against the Texans with a concussion.

Hill was injured with 8:52 remaining in the first half on the Ravens' go-ahead touchdown drive.

He had a 25-yard run to the Pittsburgh 45 before Steelers defensive back Damontae Kazee cut Hill's legs out from under him. Hill went airborne and came down on his head.

It appeared he was knocked unconscious as the Ravens sideline began frantically waving across the field for the Steelers medical staff.

The Ravens quickly ruled out Hill, who had 30 yards on two carries.

Baltimore took a 14-7 lead on Rashod Bateman's 14-yard touchdown reception from Lamar Jackson.

The Steelers were driving for the lead, but Russell Wilson fumbled at the end of a 19-yard run to the 4. Ar'Darius Washington forced the fumble and Kyle Van Noy recovered for the Ravens, who went 96 yards in eight plays.
