The Cowboys ruled cornerback Trevon Diggs out for Sunday's game against the Panthers and he's reportedly going to miss the final three games of the 2024 season as well.
Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports that Diggs is set to have surgery to repair a knee injury that he's been dealing with for much of the season. He missed two games before returning against the Bengals, but will now have an extended rehab in front of him after the operation.
The Bengals game was the first time this season that the Cowboys had Diggs, Jourdan Lewis, and DaRon Bland in the lineup at the same time. They were expected to be the team's top corners, but a chance to see them in extended action together will have to wait until next season.
Diggs appeared in 11 games this season. He had 42 tackles and two interceptions in those contests.
