It opens the 21-day practice window for Wallace.
He went on injured reserve Nov. 11 after injuring his ankle in a Week 9 loss to the Rams.
Wallace appeared in the first nine games for Seattle as a reserve and on special teams. He has 15 tackles and a forced fumble in 127 defensive snaps and 139 on special teams.
Wallace, in his fifth season after the Eagles made him a fourth-round pick, has played for the Eagles, Cardinals, Titans and Seahawks. He has appeared in 71 games with 19 starts.
