Sean McVay: Really cool how we've found different ways to win games

The Rams have won three straight games to improve their record to 8-6 on the season, but there hasn't been much consistency in how they've done it.
After getting shut out for more than a half against the Saints, the Rams rallied for a 21-14 road win on a Puka Nacua touchdown catch in the fourth quarter. Any memories of offensive struggles disappeared back at home last Sunday as they outlasted the Bills in a 44-42 shutout that made it hard to believe the same defense was on the field at Levi's Stadium against the 49ers on Thursday night.
The defense that couldn't stop the Bills allowed the 49ers two field goals in a 12-6 win that may have put the Niners' playoff hopes to bed for good. The whole package makes for quite a roller coaster and head coach Sean McVay said after Thursday's win that he'd like to "see if we can put a complete game together," but he also said that he's happy to have a team that can adapt to all situations.
"I think what's really cool is this team has found a bunch of different ways to be able to win football games," McVay said. "You come off a 44-42 game the other day and then you win 12-6. Our group did what they needed to do to be able to get it done and the defense just felt like they were coming up with stop after stop."
McVay called that defense a resilient one and he called his whole team a group that "is getting better" after a 1-4 start to the season. It's the right time of year to be playing your best football and things may be falling into place for the Rams.
