Senators coach Green confirms Tkachuk, Norris and Pinto will return vs. Sharks

The Ottawa Senators are getting some familiar faces back when they face the San Jose Sharks on Saturday.

Head coach Travis Green told reporters after the morning skate that forwards Brady Tkachuk, Josh Norris and Shane Pinto will all return to the lineup.

Tkachuk, who said Friday he was ready to go, has missed the past two games after sustaining a lower-body injury while playing for Team USA at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

The 25-year-old captain is third on the team in scoring this season with 44 points (21 goals and 23 assists) in 56 games.

Pinto has been out four games, while Norris has missed six due to upper-body injuries.

Ottawa (29-25-4) sits four points out of a wild-card spot in the Eastern Conference.
