The Steelers are getting some needed depth back at defensive tackle.
Pittsburgh announced on Saturday that the club has activated veteran Montravius Adams off of injured reserve.
Adams (knee) has no injury designation and is expected to play in Sunday’s matchup against the Eagles.
Adams has recorded a sack and eight total tackles in seven games this season.
His return is well timed as fellow defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi is out for the game with a groin injury.
