Parsons was questionable after coming down with an illness that kept him from practicing Friday. Lewis was questionable with an elbow injury.
The Cowboys' inactives are safety Juanyeh Thomas (knee), running back Deuce Vaughn, offensive guard T.J. Bass, wide receiver Jalen Brooks (knee), defensive end Tyrus Wheat, defensive tackle Justin Rogers and linebacker Eric Kendricks (personal/calf).
- The Buccaneers' inactives are linebacker K.J. Britt (ankle), defensive lineman Earnest Brown, offensive guard Royce Newman, tight end Cade Otton (knee), outside linebacker Jose Ramirez and safety Antoine Winfield Jr. (knee). It is the first game Otton has missed in his career.
Bucs safety Mike Edwards, who missed the past two games with a hamstring injury, is active. The Bucs need him with Winfield and Jordan Whitehead out.
The Cowboys officially were eliminated from playoff contention earlier today, while the Bucs are a half game ahead of the Falcons in the NFC South.
