I've found, cleaned, and analyzed fight data spanning from 2010 to present. Here are the specific criteria applied: Fighters aged 35 years and older. Competing in Welterweight division or lower (Welterweight, Lightweight, Bantamweight, Flyweight). Male fighters only in the UFC. Must have competed for and won either an Interim Title or a Championship Title. Based on these criteria, the resulting record is astonishingly 3 wins and 125 losses. Yes, you read that correctly: fighters aged 35 and older competing in these weight classes has only achieved a 3-125 record when challenging for these titles. I'm quite stunned by these findings.
