I want to start learning how to fight, starting with BJJ and potentially Muay Thai / Kickboxing for an additional hobby aside from powerlifting. I work in graveyard shift 45 hours a week and lifting 2 hours per session 3 times a week. How many days to rest before practicing again in the gym?
