Training routine
I need help with my training routine, as I have a gym and wrestle. But my issue is that when I train I always skip lifts as I never have a plan on what to do. I am looking for someone who has a plan for someone who is looking to have a more GSP training regimend. As I want to be explosive, strong, and lift smart.
