UFC London Tickets - Selling for same price I've got them 2 months ago

I can't make it to UFC London tomorrow (March 22) because of job issues. I've listed my tickets for resale on the official AXS site. I hope I'm not breaking any rules, just making an announcement: they are on the official AXS ticket site right now! Seats: Section 116, Row G, Seats 493 & 494 Price: £270 each (the same price I paid two months ago, despite AXS adding fees) - I put them for £240 actually, but AXS added fees (see screenshot). You can click around and see that similar seats are being resold for at least 313 pounds. If you're interested in attending and want to get the tickets for the original rate, please check my listing on the official AXS site. It would really help me out with my costs... as you can see, I'm not making any money here, just trying to get some of it back!
