Weight training vs mma training
I used to work out heavily 6 days a week push pull leg splits. I want to get back into that but the new area I moved to I noticed has a mma gym. This has been something I wanted to try for years it’s just been out of my reach. Now that I’m near one. My question is would I even need to go to a regular gym? Would that hinder my mma training or can I do both ? TL DR: used to be a gym rat . Want to get back into the gym but want to know if it’s optimal to do both weight training and MMA training. Sorry for grammar and spelling issues. English isn’t my first language submitted by /u/Quasar_Sama [link] [comments]
