What improvements would you do to ONE championship if you were the boss?

I need to come up with ideas to Mr Chatri Sityodtong so I can get my yearly bonus of fifhty thousand dollars. Because of that I ask you. What would you do to improve ONE? Things that are forbidden to write. " why would they need to do anything? They already have 10 billion viewers" " let their fighters fight bro" without anything more added. " ONE is dying bro. This is the last month of existence" My ideas: Longer rounds in Muay thai and kickboxing. If someone wants to they can make 30-40 seconds dissapear pretty fast. Its easy to create a sense of stress instead of methodical beauty. Increase the time from 3 to 4 minutes. Keep the amount of rounds. 12 minutes is a better match lenght than 9 minutes. Add 3 more numbered shows to increase the highly ranked mma matches per year. This year there are 15 shows where big mma names fight. Up from 12 last year. Amazon prime+ Numbered( 170 etc). Thats not enough considering there are 4 sports that need space on those shows. Big Muay thai and kickboxing names get their spots on Friday fights ,every friday .
