Whats up with UFC commentators and the guillotine?

Why is it that the entire ufc commentary team always collectively loses their shit every time a fighter goes for a guillotine. It doesn't matter how bad the guillotine, if they are in half guard or whatever they always go "OHHH THE GUILLOTINE, OHHH THATS TIGHT" like they were programmed to say that and are always surprised when the fighter escapes the guillotine like are you guys fucking stupid? The last 34 times that happened the guy always popped his head back out, guillotines seem to basically never work on the highest level in this day and age. Even when you have the best submission artist in UFC History in Charles Oliveira going for a guilly against Arman it doesn't work, yes I know it was because his pants were being dragged down but like there's always stuff happening which results in the guy doing the guilly not finishing it and ending up in bottom position. (Except for the Arman case) Everyone sees it coming from a mile away so why are the commentators always acting like they are witnessing a fully locked in rnc under the chin instead of a submission with a finish rate of probably less then 10% in the top 15. submitted by /u/Consistent_Pop2983 [link] [comments]
