Already up 2-0 in their first-round series, the Winnipeg Jets could look even stronger for Game 3.
No decision has been made yet on whether top forward Nikolaj Ehlers travels to St. Louis, head coach Scott Arniel said on Tuesday.
Ehlers, 29, was ruled out on a week-to-week basis earlier in April after aggravating a right foot injury when he collided with an official in a game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Denmark native recorded 24 goals and 39 assists in 69 games this season.
The Presidents’ Trophy-winning Jets won Game 2 by a 2-1 score on Monday to increase their series advantage against the Blues.
Winnipeg and St. Louis meet for Game 3 on Thursday, with live coverage on Sportsnet and Sportsnet+ beginning at 9:30 p.m. ET / 8:30 p.m. CT.
